Doug has been in the industry since he was a teenager, establishing our method of treatment that is unique in the industry. He is still active in the field almost every day. In his spare time, Doug enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and three children. Michael is our manager, lead trainer and trouble-shooter. Michael has a great love of palms and is an innovator and pioneer in the industry, having helped develop new palm treatment techniques to achieve superior results. He is also an active member of the marketing department.
